You will use the vehicle only for personal use.

You are required to follow all applicable rules of the road.

You will need to send us a copy of your insurance declaration page before we can complete your reservation.

Any additional driver needs to be listed on the contract and needs to provide their own insurance policy.

You must pay any parking tickets and traffic violations while you are in possession of the car. Otherwise, you will be charged the cost of the ticket and all the relevant processing fees.

If you take a toll road, we will get a copy of the toll in the mail. You will then be charged for the cost of the toll and all relevant processing fees.

You are not allowed to drive the vehicle out of the United States of America (i.e. Canada or Mexico).
